As a F1 Visa applicant you need these documents: a passport (original and photocopied), nonimmigrant visa application which you can complete online (DS-160 form), application fee receipt, a photo (if it failed to be uploaded online in the DS-160 form then you need to bring it to the interview) and a certificate of eligibility for nonimmigrant Student Stays for academic language students (F1).
